Evolve dog training and behaviour
After Poh had surgery on her back legs she had to be kept at home without much movement (vets orders), this proved to be a hard task with a young social/excitable dog.
During that time poh was unable to socialize with other dogs so when allowed back out would become very overexcited and aggressive with other dogs.
Lucky enough for me I was very highly recommended to Steve to help me with little Poh and I have never looked back. After a few one on one home sessions Steve helped me to learn how to keep Poh calm and relaxed. In a short amount of time Steve had worked his magic and it was amazing to see firsthand.
The next step for Poh was to stay with Steve at Evolve for a few weeks to help her learn to socialize with other dogs.
I cannot thank Evolve enough for taking Poh in and teaching her something I couldn’t which was to be a dog again. From the day I picked her up she was a totally different dog. We can now walk Poh in all different locations local streets/parks/beaches/shopping areas relaxed not worrying if I will see a dog and how Poh will react, Poh has dog friends she regularly goes on pack walks with (and loves it learns new things everyday from her friends), you will now always find poh inside the house calm and relaxed waiting for everyone to get home so she can greet you with a big kiss.
Poh is one happy puppy and I am so grateful Steve managed to bring back the dog I always knew poh was, loving, caring and a big ball of fun. Thank you so much so Evolve and Steve for all your time and help.

Maya
Maya is the happiest dog in the world. She has a small garden plenty of walks and four of the people she loves the most.
She is getting better with small dogs in the street and we are getting better dealing with unexpected situations. Thanks to Steve and Evolve training we now enjoy walking her. Through Steve we have all got to know Maya better her qualities and her weaknesses and we now have a dog we respect and enjoy.
Thank you again. Maya can't wait to come back and hang out with your dogs and be part of Evolve training again.

We have been working with Steve and Bec from Evolve with our 2 year old staffie 'Nugget'. When we first contacted them for their help they listened to all of our family's concerns regarding our dogs behaviour and really empathised with us. We were ready to rehome our dog. The first time Steve came to visit Nugget to assess his behaviour in our home we were extremely impressed by his knowledge and ability to control his behaviour instantly. Nuggets life changed from this point on!
He really took the time to educate us and our two young children on how to handle him. Our dog is extremely active, anxious and boystrous. Since the first meeting, we have been in contact with Steve and he has always been there to offer advice. We have also sent Nugget for boarding and additional training with Evolve which has further improved Nugget's behaviour. He is definately becoming more of the kind of dog we want in our family, he is more affectionatte, more responsive to discipline, better behaved and we have learnt alot about him. We will continue to work with Evolve in the future and would highly recommend them.'
